BE NYC Mentors is the City of New York's inaugural mentorship program for Black entrepreneurs. BE NYC Mentors aims to not only increase the number of Black-owned businesses in high-growth industries, but has a programmatic focus on providing technical assistance to pre-startup and newly-formed businesses.

Inspiration, Insights, and Connection

"Since February 2021, BE NYC Mentors has connected over 550 Black entrepreneurs with experienced mentors through roundtables, group events and 1-on-1 mentor sessions. This program provides inspiration, insights and connection for our City’s talented and diverse emerging entrepreneur community, positioning them for long-term success.”
