Alain is a Native New Yorker born in Queens and raised by Haitian-immigrant parents. He has spent the last 25 years in Corporate America implementing business transformation innovations for some of the world’s most powerful brands ranging from Fortune 500 software companies to banks, entertainment conglomerates, and healthcare corporations. Since the early 1990s with the development of an automatic payment processing software application commercially sold to a major corporation, Alain has held leadership roles in strategy, technology, business development, and marketing. He launched his first social enterprise after obtaining his MBA at University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business in 2003. Alain has co-founded a cultural identity brand marketing company, an online retail remittance transfer tech company, and is a founding member of multiple consulting practices in the Caribbean. Since the Covid19 pandemic, Alain founded a global research, development and strategic advisory artificial-intelligence-driven firm aimed at fueling economic opportunity through digital innovation. He has been featured on webinars about the future of technology and its impact on the Black diaspora. In November 2020, Alain became Co-founder and Chief Operating and Innovation Officer of the Gentlemen’s Factory, a social club, digital community, and incubator helping to advance men of color worldwide.
