Exceptionally entrepreneurial and disciplined, Everett is an accomplished leader and innovator across several markets.  He has more than 20 years of experience in the acquisition, development, construction, financing, and management of residential and commercial real estate in urban areas.  Additionally, Everett is an experienced general contractor, real estate broker, and mortgage loan originator. These credentials allow him to adeptly support the full life cycle of the company’s real estate endeavors.

As President of Urban Ecospaces, Everett incubates new business development initiatives, while also leading the firm’s ongoing development and construction ventures using the strategic plans put in place by the management team.  Everett has managed developments and construction in a variety of settings, including affordable housing projects, schools, institutions, commercial, new construction, and land development.

Everett is dedicated to boosting government contracting opportunities for businesses owned by women and people of color, and his commitment and efforts have been recognized by industry.  Everett is the recipient of the 2018 Minority Contractor of the Year Award (Regional Alliance for Small Contractors), 2019 Minority Business Enterprise Award (The Competitive Edge), and was listed among the 2021 MWBE Power 50 (City and State New York).  Everett currently served on the Executive Board of the National Association of Minority Contractors (New York Tri-State Chapter).
