Robert M. Alleyne has over (20) years of combined Business Management and I.T. consulting experience, which includes the areas of Project Management, Operations, Strategic Planning and Training. He is the Founder & CEO of Alleyne Consulting Group, a Management Consulting & I.T. Solutions company that supports entities in the public and private sector. As a military veteran business owner, he has a keen ability to identify uncharted opportunities in business projects and operations. Robert is a former United States Navy Officer that became an entrepreneur. A native New Yorker, Robert was raised in the Bronx, NY where he graduated from the Bronx High School of Science. He later attended and graduated from the United States Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree and was commissioned as a Naval Officer. While in the Navy, Robert worked in procurement and logistics as well as supporting training for Military Sealift Command staff. He also directed contractors, on a (2.5) year project, to develop an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) technological system for tracking sales, inventory controls, and ordering that saved the U.S. government more than $70,000 annually. When Robert transitioned out of the military, he worked in leadership in a number of for profit and not for profit organizations. He has worked in Direct Sales, Marketing, Logistics, Project Management, and I.T. Consulting. Some companies he has worked with in the past prior to starting his business are Lexus, Target, YMCA, New York Life and Affinity Health Plan. Robert obtained a Master of Science degree in Health Promotion from California University of Pennsylvania. He earned an Executive Master of Business Administration degree from Rutgers Business School in Newark, NJ, where he also earned a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification. As a business owner he completed the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program. He believes that giving back is important and has volunteered in a number of programs in New York City. He has organized numerous hiring and training events for Military Veterans. He has organized STEM competitions as well as basketball camps for youth to help them understand the importance of being a well-rounded student-athlete. He also volunteers with community outreach with his church in the Queens community.
